  Happy New Year everyone!  It's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio. Hello and Happy December! This is Sheila and I have another entry in our Card Parade for Three Room Studio. I used the fun Welcome Winter Set along with the Sparkly Star stencil to make my card.  I blended Distress Oxide Inks to create my night sky.  Then I used a white pigment ink with the stencil to create the stars.  I colored the polar bear image with alcohol markers and cut it out.  Then I popped it up on the snow bank that I cut using a die.  Finally I added the fun sentiment and some stars and sequins...

I absolutely adore the "Let's Hygge!" stamp set and I am excited to share my project with you for today!  I have really fallen in love with creating scene cards over the last couple of years.  This stamp set is perfect for making scene cards!
