Shipping policy

Physical Items:

All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days after payment is cleared.

I do ship internationally. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to contact me!

All orders are shipped using Canada Post parcel mail. Canada Post delivery standard is 4 - 7 business days; however, this may be a bit longer if shipping to another country, and this is something I unfortunately have no control over.

UPDATE: As of January 15, 2018, Canada Post has discontinued "Light Packet" shipping option. Previously, I used this option because it was less expensive for my customers; however, it did not have a tracking number. Though I have had to increase shipping rates to cover the cost of shipping, customers will now be issued a tracking number to go along with their order.

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees or duties applied to the package upon entrance to another country.

When your item ships, you will receive email confirmation letting you know that your item(s) are on the way.

Please note: I can not take responsibility for lost packages if it is due to incorrect shipping information submitted with your order.

If you feel your package is lost, please contact me and I will do my best to help out.
