Welcome to the Three Room Studio Saturday Challenge!
I'm Susan and I'm your challenge host this week! This week's challenge is HEARTS.
I started with the Heart Ray Quarter Stencil and using some Catherine Pooler ink I ink blended a panel of white card stock. Next I stamped the images - the girl is from the Let's Hygge Stamp Set and the books are from the One More Chapter Stamp Set. I chose these images because relaxing with a cup of chai and reading are two things that I love which fit right in with the hearts theme. I did some paper piecing on the chair and ottoman then colored the rest with Prismacolor Pencils. I adhered them to the heart panel cutting the panel down so it just fit behind the images. I adhered that with craft foam onto an ink colored panel (same ink at full strength that I used to blend the hearts), then added the sentiment from the One More Chapter Stamp Set with more craft foam.
